Room setup: Please remember to add setting up and clearing away time to your booking, rooms will not be available until five minutes before your booking time commences. Users are expected to set up their room and return it to its original layout, close all windows and turn off all lights. Any crockery used should be returned to the kitchen and loaded into the dishwasher. A surcharge may apply if this requirement is not met.

Parking: There is parking at the rear of Dove Lodge for one car per room booking. We politely request that all other users park off-site. There is  ample on-street parking  and a  pay for car park  within a 5 minute walk. We have two on-site disabled spaces at the front of the building.  
 

Booking cancellation:  Notice of  cancellation  is at least 3 working  days prior  to the booking.  Cancellations outside of this period will incur the full hire charge.  All cancellations must be notified via email to bookings@dove-lodge.org.uk
